Please add your clients manually yourself.
Please only subscribe your client to 1 round at a time.
Add them to the next round when their reshipment has been confirmed.
Use this as an incentive for them to continue with our beautiful holistic program that has so much value to give.
Please do not add clients who’s orders have declined or been cancelled as they will not gain access.
You can check paid & declined orders by logging into your VO > my team data > former reports > scroll down to “customer geneolgy report” > tick yes > scroll down and submit. Open this file in your email address to see if their order is
“A” = active and paid
“D” = declined payment
“C” = cancelled
Subscribe your client to this round if they are brand new. This is Round 1, the emails are for weeks 1-16.
Subscribe your client & upgrade them to round 2 if they have paid for their second shipment of JP+. This is Round 2, the emails are for weeks 17-32.. **PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT ADD A CLIENT TO MORE THEN 1 ROUND AT A TIME. THEY MUST COMPLETE ROUND 1 BEFORE ROUND 2 WILL WORK**
Subscribe your client & upgrade them to round 3 if they have paid for their second shipment of JP+. This is Round 3, the emails are for weeks 33-48..
