Please add your clients manually yourself.
Please only subscribe your client to 1 round at a time.
Please note “ONE TIME SHIPMENTS” will not gain access to The HSE, they must be on a recurring order.
Add them to the next round when their reshipment has been confirmed.
Use this as an incentive for them to continue with our beautiful holistic program that has so much value to give.
Your clients password will expire at the 16 week mark, you must re add them to the next round if when they reship.
Please do not add clients to The HSE who’s order has declined or has been cancelled as they will not be able to gain access.
You can check paid & declined orders by logging into your VO > my team data > former reports > scroll down to “customer geneolgy report” > tick yes > scroll down and submit. Open this file in your email address to see if their order is
“A” = active and paid
“D” = declined payment
“C” = cancelled
Subscribe your client to this round if they are brand new. This is Round 1, the emails are for weeks 1-16.
Subscribe your client & upgrade them to round 2 if they have paid for their second shipment of JP+. This is Round 2, the emails are for weeks 17-32..
Subscribe your client & upgrade them to round 3 if they have paid for their second shipment of JP+. This is Round 3, the emails are for weeks 33-48..
